Brutalized for not having a license plate! The level of good versus evil within the world/atmosphere is at an all time high. There are a few (of many) top priority causes that need all of our quick consistent attention and action - which are major within America a.k.a. the United States of America - : racism, police brutality, and homelessness. Humanitarianism appears non-existent because more negativity is reigning supreme in so many individuals than positivity. I’m certain many of you will agree to this fact. Our homeless brothers and sisters deserve our care & respect. We all have stories which make up our lives & circ*mstances. The victim served our country to protect our comforts. No one has the right to cause any form of harm to another based upon socioeconomic stereotypical assumptions and poor judgment based merely upon appearance. The actions of the Colorado Police Officers -which were dismissed & ruled that they “displayed reasonable actions” - are utterly disgusting. The Colorado Police Department is notorious for these types of acts and don’t even receive a pink slip from IA or the state Authorities.Law enforcement needs officers trained on empathy, discernment, ethnic/socio-economic relations, and LAW.

ANOTHER SHOCKER - What if I told you false accusations (FA), The Silver Bullet Tactic, is FAR more pervasive than how it is used in family court & child custody? (Final breakout below) Maybe there is a research that shows that perjury or false accusation and official misconduct (one in the same) were leading factors contributing to these wrongful convictions, with perjury or false accusation present in 76.3% of homicide cases And of that a disproportionate 63.8% of wrongfully convicted death-row exonerees are people of color, with 53.5% being Black; only 9% of the total percentage were women. 91% of all FA victims are men (this IS a male problem) 53.5% were black Conclusion, if you are a black/minority man you will be hit with an FA through family court and child custody. And if you are a man you stand a 91% probability of being victimized by an FA. Want my sources? Go pound sand you can read my book when it is published! #VF501

Can revenge amount to justice? Revenge is defined as “to exact punishment or expiation for a wrong on behalf of, especially in a resentful or vindictive spirit.” Since August 10, 2014, law enforcement has been physically scrutinized more than any profession. Even though the falsehoods surrounding the incident in Ferguson, Missouri have been confirmed by the then US Attorney General Holder, anti-police propaganda has fueled some unjust prosecutions around the country. This case is an example of one. There is no doubt the response in Ulvalde was an epic failure. Children died and that is unacceptable. Nothing will bring these children back. Civil lawsuits would be appropriate across the board and likely will cost the city millions to settle. In a civil matter the question is whether the city police were negligent. The response from the police was a failure and they are likely negligent, but should they be criminal? Now, two years later, the Chief of Police is charged with multiple counts of child endangerment. Under Texas Penal Code - PENAL § 22.041 : “ A person commits an offense if he intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence, by act or omission, engages in conduct that places a child younger than 15 years in imminent danger of death, bodily injury, or physical or mental impairment.” This is going to be difficult for the prosecutor to prove given the facts of this case. This indictment is a stretch and will be litigated. But like many high profile cases, can the chief get a fair trial? If a police officer is killed they are a hero, if they second guess a dynamic situation they are labeled a criminal and charged. Revenge justice is turning into vengeance and it must be stopped. If not, our recruitment and retention issue will cripple our country. A man who has given so much to the community is now in an orange jumpsuit for the community to feel better as they extract revenge to obtain “justice.” https://lnkd.in/gEgABjBH

Interesting article…I do believe much of the stats lack context (crime rates, covid-19, etc). For example, the article mentions that CCRBs went up but did not highlight that the rate of exonerations and unfounded cases increased as the rates of substantiated cases decreased. While there is a lot of noise in this article, especially surrounding the Mayor, the part that I think is the most interesting was the somewhat glossed over discussion on community sentiment. To me…that’s the most important part of the article. NYC residents do not have a monolithic perspective on how to adequately address public safety concerns. I do believe that NYC residents ultimately want the police to address the crime that threatens their safety. They just don’t want to be violated or disrespected unnecessarily in the process. The true question is…can we be aggressive and proactive in policing without violating and alienating communities? I think it’s possible…especially as we continue to refine precision policing strategy. What do you think?

Understanding that Black males when interfacing with the police 👮♀️ are considered to be in the “ wrong place, wrong time.” this This writing offers recommendations regarding actions and behaviors by Black males ie children, adolescents and adults when accosted, confronted or being interviewed by the police. The reality is clear, misidentification by the police and others living in fear of Black males is a reality. There is no “if” this happens, rather there is the expectation of “when” as these mistakes of misidentification will continue to occur. We as Black males, cannot control this unacceptable behaviors of misidentification however we can minimize the psychological effects and traumatic impacts of such experiences by preparing for the eventual occurrences.Remember… traumatic experiences have permanency…The memory and impacts of these experiences never, ever go away. Therefore… take responsibility of ABC…become the ADVOCATE for self… see BALANCE within…and CALMNESS in your external environment.Until the next time…Remaining… In Our Corner.

Reading this article of #RobertCard creates some frustration for me, as I've been involved investigating crime in #Maine. Informed from attorney's about Law Enforcement #Bias depending on #municipality, observed it first hand & interviewed Officers who (a) told me to #StayOut of their backyard, (b) #violated their duties, as well as others who were trained, professional, wanted to help. Big #contrasts between those who #trafficked (#FreePink), those biased, those who were honestly doing their jobs, those who were good.Reading this, I appreciate #Merry's report. What is said by Sauschuck, I clearly do not know the full story. But, I do know about Schizophrenia from when I was a Mental Health Therapist at 7th Avenue Center & from working in Trusts & Estates with children of heirs. From scouring news reports, Card is reported to have had acute episodes, but no formal diagnosis, at least from what has been reported to date.It is illegal for Law Enforcement to diagnose. It's also a form of abuse.I've seen this in Trust & Estate Legal cases, where abusive family made claims against heirs, in order to try to affect their fortune; abusive husbands; other reasons for foul play.#MarkVicente speaks on #DARVO exceptionally well.If Law Enforcement fails to hold a medical license, and if the diagnosis is not in Card's records; this is a form of passing the blame & improper. To play devil's advocate, even if the report had been followed up on, the shooting might have happened.I believe the majority of humans, want us all to take responsibility for our actions, instead of pass the blame.I read an article on Saturday where a reporter seemed saddened by the shooting being "normalized". That might be the case; but maybe #NOT. Being on the ground, in Maine, #Advocates felt upset. #ERW felt "normalized". From the 2012 Maine #Vote where #Sarbanis II earned 20% of the ballets cast, it's the ERW members who have promoted this type of behavior.I have been investigating in Maine, organized crime (illegal recording of women in hotels, and the dissemination of those images; #XaviorHarrelson, who was at a hotel in Lincoln County before his body was found; trafficking of Thai International Workers who came to work in hotels, and never signed up for sex-work; and a Cafe on an Island who is Labor Trafficking US workers), where the majority of criminals perpetrating these crimes are #ERW.You can see in this video, how #Sarabanis "normalized" the #CapitalRiot. https://lnkd.in/ehBRSs-9. The group planned it.The hotel proprietor on the #SilkRoad trafficking route in Maine, in York County, spoke to me during interview of how his contacts were moving #fuel. I cannot say if his illegal trade, relates to #Card, who was also responsible for fuel. But I can say that it's clear, that ERW was 20% of Mainers in 2012, is organized, is active presently, and they are ideologically in #sync.https://lnkd.in/ePBMDhb5

The family courts fail children by design as “legalized torture” to wear victims down in the hope they will kill themselves due to the emotional and psychological trauma they are made to endure. However, the courts acknowledges in civil proceedings that delays of justice are a breach of human rights. Therefore this is not an “error” but an “err” (deliberately and knowingly wrong), which arguably judges who perpetuate this breach of human rights which is often fatal, should be held personally liable for: [2022]NZHC 3389 Deliu v Auckland Court and Attorney Generalissued 13 December 2022 Justice Campbell-para [118]“I make a declaration that, by taking 19 months to make a decision on the request in Mr Deliu’s 19 July 2020 memorandum, the District Court breached Mr Deliu’s right to natural justice in s 27 of the BORA.”Courts of New Zealand | Ngā Kōti o Aotearoatake note.in New Zealand, children are deliberately stripped of their human rights until the age of 16, bringing the legality of abortion charges and concealment of childrens information which is allegedly “private to them and their “rights to privacy” into question as completely baseless/ “meritless” due to the legislation the courts, agencies and individuals are bound by.Ombudsman New Zealand#oversightMinistry for Regulationmore work to be doneAustralian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade #transtasmantorturethis is systemic abuse that MUST be addressed NOW (not in 10 years) Sonia Naomi Smithwe hear you and we stand with you in a sea of other victims of court abuse.
