Towards the end of the month of Elul, we begin to gather the threads of our personal and collective introspection, and deepen our teshuvah (turning/realigning) intentions for the Days of Awe which lie just ahead. The beautiful, poignant Selichot (“forgivenesses‟) prayers and melodies emphasize the attributes of mercy and compassion, as we self-examine, and ask for understanding and forgiveness, both human and Divine.
We soul-search, pray and sing together in community.
Service preceded by havdalah observance.
Please note that this is a scent free event. We appreciate your consideration.
