Eitz Or Shabbat services are characterized by their warmth and inclusiveness.

We believe in participation, with members taking part in joyful music and chants, group aliyot to the Torah, guided visualizations, prayerful movement, meditation, and heartfelt interactions. Our siddur (prayerbook) and practice are egalitarian. At Eitz Or, there is no pressure to take part. Anyone is welcome to sit quietly, or to try things out in order to learn what spiritual experience works best for you.

Services are currently held at member’s homes, outdoors, and other locations around the Seattle metro area.

At least one service, event, or Jewish holiday celebration is held each month.
